SHARE aims to help and support delegates at all stages in their learning journey. For those looking to upskill in the areas of leadership and management in 2023, we have various options open for you dependant on your circumstances, experience and aspirations.

For those new to leadership and management - or those with aspirations to move into leadership and management – SHARE’s Institute of Leadership and Management level 2 in Leadership and Team Skills course may prove to be the perfect introduction. The four-day course, which is run over three months, is accredited by one of the most widely recognised names in the field.

It covers:

Roles & Responsibilities of the Team Leader
Planning & Monitoring Work
Understanding Change in the Workplace
Workplace Communication.

Delegates will be part of a small group learning about the cornerstones of leading an effective team.

For those with some management experience who are looking to develop their skills further, SHARE’s unique Management Development Programme, endorsed by ilm may just be the qualification to elevate your leadership skills in key business areas.

This bespoke programme has been designed specifically for the social housing sector, and covers areas such as business planning and strategy, goal setting, managing change, managing budgets and working with committees and boards. Comprising 9 sessions run each month, this comprehensive course will develop the knowledge and skills of all those participating.

In June of this year, SHARE’s Leadership Conference will also return after the success of last year’s inaugural event. The conference is scheduled for 6th June at Glasgow Hilton and more details will be released in due course.
