Persimmon Homes’ Brucefields development in Stirling has been crowned Scotland’s safest large construction site, after winning the Best Large Site Award at the Homebuilder Safety Awards 2025.
The inaugural national awards ceremony, held in Birmingham, brought together the very best in UK homebuilding to celebrate excellence, innovation, and commitment to safety across the industry.
Persimmon’s Brucefields development, part of the wider South Stirling Gateway, will deliver up to 800 new energy-efficient homes, including almost 200 affordable homes. The site has been recognised for its exceptional safety standards, strong teamwork, and dedication to creating a safe and positive environment for everyone working on site.
Neil Parry, managing director at Persimmon Homes East Scotland, said: “We’re incredibly proud that our Brucefields site has been recognised as the safest large site in Scotland. This award is a reflection of the hard work, professionalism, and commitment of our site team and contractors, who prioritise safety every single day.
“At Persimmon, safety is central to everything we do — from how we plan and manage our sites to how we train and support our teams. This recognition is testament to those high standards.”
