Stuart Freeland and Laura Breeze join leadership team at Dalmuir Park

Dalmuir Park Housing Association has made two appointments to its leadership team following a restructure which saw the customer services team split into two dedicated areas.
Stuart Freeland has been appointed as head of assets, while Laura Breeze has been appointed as head of housing.
Stuart started in the role in June 2026, stepping up from his role as asset manager at Partick Housing Association.
With effect from July 2026, Laura arrived from Shettleston Housing Association, where she served as area housing manager.
Stuart Freeland, head of assets, said: “I’m really excited to be taking up my new role as head of assets at Dalmuir Park HA. It’s exciting to be joining a community-based HA and continue my career in this field. I’m also looking forward to improving the service for all our customers within the community.”
