TC Young is thrilled to be once again ranked Band 1 for Social Housing in Scotland in Chambers UK and Legal 500.

Chambers recognises the firm’s expertise in the social housing sector and states that: “They have excellent housing sector knowledge and a real understanding of the range of legal issues which housing associations face in their operations.”

Similarly, Legal 500 acknowledges their experience, by stating: “TC Young fields an enviably broad practice with ‘excellent knowledge of the housing sector’, governance expertise and technical knowledge.”

In addition to the Band 1 ranking, in Chambers the firm stands out as the only Scottish legal firm with seven staff ranked individually for Social Housing: Alison Brynes, Andrew Cowan, Len Freedman, Lauren Little, Christine Stuart, Alastair McKendrick and Eileen Barr, who has been identified as an Associate to Watch. Len is Scotland’s only senior statesperson, and Andrew is the only eminent practitioner.
