Tenant satisfaction improves at Wellhouse Housing Association

Overall satisfaction with the Association increased to 93% from 80% back in June 2024.

Other notable improvements were satisfaction with quality of homes, which moved from 78% to 94%, satisfaction with value for money increasing from 75% to 91% and satisfaction with neighbourhood management rising from 75% to 94%.

Chairperson Maureen Morris commented: “We are delighted with the results of this most recent survey. In all areas, our results are now well above the Scottish Average,  which shows the positive impact of our work.”

Director Diane Hendry added: ”To have satisfaction with keeping tenants informed at 99% and 98% for opportunities to participate, rewards our work over the last year to connect with our community. We also now have critical information on tenant priorities that will feed into our business planning process. We will continue to work hard for the people of Wellhouse.”
