The Housing Network climbs FT's fastest-growing companies ranking

The Housing Network has been named as one of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses after climbing from 797th to 200th place in the Financial Times’ FT1000: Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2026 ranking.

The annual ranking, compiled by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, recognises the top 1,000 companies across Europe based on revenue growth over a three-year period. The Housing Network’s significant rise reflects exceptional growth between 2021 and 2024, with revenues increasing from €10.8 million to €62.6m.

Headquartered in Luton, The Housing Network has expanded rapidly in response to growing demand for specialist housing solutions, particularly for people facing homelessness, prison leavers and individuals with complex needs. During the same period, the organisation increased its workforce from 101 to 249 employees, underlining the scale of its operational growth and on-the-ground impact.

This latest recognition builds on previous national success. The Housing Network was also ranked as the 41st fastest-growing company in the UK in 2025 by the UK Fast Growth Index, highlighting sustained momentum and long-term organisational resilience.

Founded in 2014, The Housing Network’s growth has been driven by a combination of long-term public sector partnerships, including Ministry of Justice accommodation contracts, continued geographic expansion and a strong focus on delivering supported housing at pace. The organisation has invested heavily in its people, systems and partnerships to ensure it can scale responsibly while maintaining service quality and social impact.

Gary Teper, managing director at The Housing Network, said: “While we are incredibly proud of this growth and of the dedication shown by our teams, we are also very conscious of what it represents. Our expansion reflects the increasing level of need and trauma being experienced across communities up and down the country.

“Being recognised in rankings like this is not just about commercial performance, it highlights the responsibility we carry to deliver high-quality, accountable services in some of the most complex and highly scrutinised parts of the public sector.”

As The Housing Network continues to grow, its focus remains on responsible expansion that is rooted in social value, transparency and long-term partnership with public sector organisations.
