The team, led by group chief executive Heather Kiteley, oversees the parent company Harbour Homes and its two subsidiaries, Harbour Lettings and Harbour Multi-Trades.

The three new directors, Chris Thomson, Mike Gibson and Chris Ellis, join group director of neighbourhoods Gordon Cameron to form the restructured team.

Chris Thomson has been managing director of Harbour Multi-Trades since April 2024. He has been appointed as group director of operations, the position previously held by Gordon Cameron. Mike Gibson joined Harbour in February 2026 as interim director of finance. Mike has been permanently appointed as director of group strategic finance and assets.

Chris Ellis is the most recent director to join Harbour and was appointed to the new position of director of group corporate services in August 2026. This is a pivotal strategic role which will play a central part in shaping Harbour’s future direction, culture and performance.

He joins Harbour from Albyn Housing Society, where he served as head of performance and improvement for six years. He brings extensive experience in transformational change and service modernisation. Chris also serves on the board of Scotland’s Housing Network.
