Website relaunched to support families and prevent youth homelessness
The Cyrenians Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution (SCCR) has today launched its newly remapped and refreshed website to make accessing conflict resolution support easier for young people, families, and professionals.
Family conflict and relationship breakdown remain the leading cause of youth homelessness in Scotland. Run by Scottish homelessness charity Cyrenians, the SCCR works to prevent homelessness by providing free resources, training, and support that help families strengthen relationships and resolve conflict.
The refreshed website has been designed to:
- Make support easier to find and access
- Remove outdated and redundant content
- Provide clearer pathways for young people, parents, and professionals
SCCR service manager Jim Gray said: “SCCR can’t be everywhere at once in Scotland – but for those with an internet connection, our new website can be. This remapping reflects our commitment to reducing youth homelessness at its root – by supporting families through conflict before it leads to crisis. We want young people, families, and professionals to have simple, clear access to the resources they need.”
The new website is now live.
