Who is it for and what is it about?
This session is for Committee/Board members who are involved in the business planning process for their organisation.
The session gives an overview of business planning within housing associations and co-operatives including the Scottish Housing Regulator’s recent Recommended Practice. It will consider best practice, current challenges and Committee’s/Board’s role and responsibilities.
