As an approved Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) study centre, we offer two professional qualifications for housing practitioners, with a strong focus on Scottish housing law, policy and practice.

CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing

Ideal for housing professionals looking to develop their knowledge and professional practice, or progress towards supervisory and management roles.

The qualification explores key areas including housing law and policy, housing finance, housing need and supply, resident involvement and professional practice. It also provides a pathway to the CIH Level 5 Diploma.

CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing

Designed for experienced housing professionals ready to progress towards senior and strategic roles.

You’ll develop higher-level knowledge and skills across leadership and management, strategic planning, ethical practice, customer-focused housing services, partnership working and professionalism.

Successful completion enables learners to apply for Chartered Membership of CIH (CIHCM), recognising their professional expertise and commitment to housing practice.
