CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing - April
Who is it for and what is it about?
This qualification explores the underpinning framework for successful provision of housing services. It will explore topics from a strategic viewpoint and is suitable for those aspiring to, or already in, management positions within a housing organisation. Learners will be led by an experienced housing professional and will consider a range of topics, including housing law, housing policy and financing for housing.
The qualification is delivered over approximately nine months and there will be six scheduled teaching days across this time, this teaching day will be delivered online, and students are expected to be available for the full day. The qualification is assessed through written assignments of, on average, 3000 words for each unit. CIH estimates a total of 360 hours of study time is required for this qualification, and students will be expected to conduct research independently in the course of their studies for this qualification.

Learning Outcomes
