Who is it for and what is it about?

This course is designed for housing staff that are working with gas contractors on void properties, repairs management and gas safety contracts.
It will consider the legislation that governs gas safety for housing providers, the requirements for valid gas safety certificates, the most common gas appliances, and carbon monoxide detection requirements.

Learning Outcomes

    • Be able to navigate a landlord certificate & highlight any obvious areas of concern
    • Be aware of their responsibilities & their contractor’s responsibilities in regards to Landlord Certificates, gas work in general, gas escapes & carbon monoxide.
