Who is it for and what is it about?
This thought provoking and highly practical programme provides a superb platform for both practicing and aspiring team leaders to explore, develop and fine tune their ‘team leading skills’ whilst working towards achieving an internationally recognised, vocational award from The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) – www.i-l-m.com
The course comprises of four core units, providing learners with an excellent ‘learning platform’ that will provide them with greater skills, knowledge and confidence to lead their team more effectively.

3. Understanding Change in the Workplace
4. Workplace Communication
To add yet further value to these workshops learners will also be asked to complete a short assignment, after each session, giving them the opportunity to both validate their learning and to use personal workplace examples within the answer that will further reinforce the practical nature of this development programme.
