Who is it for and what is it about?

This thought provoking and highly practical programme provides a superb platform for both practicing and aspiring team leaders to explore, develop and fine tune their ‘team leading skills’ whilst working towards achieving an internationally recognised, vocational award from The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The course comprises of four core units, providing learners with an excellent ‘learning platform’ that will provide them with greater skills, knowledge and confidence to lead their team more effectively.
