Who is it for and what is it about?
This engaging and practical ILM Level 2 Leadership & Management programme is designed for aspiring and current team leaders who want to build confidence and competence in leading teams.
Through four focused units, covering leadership roles, planning and monitoring work, managing change, and effective communication, participants gain essential skills and knowledge to lead with impact. Assignments linked to each session reinforce learning by encouraging reflection and application in real workplace contexts.
