Who is it for and what is it about?
Good governance is underpinned by knowledge and awareness of the legal and regulatory landscape your organisations operate within. Understanding the basics of this helps committee/board members to appreciate their role in the organisation, and challenge more effectively.
This short session will introduce the legislative and regulatory environment for housing organisations; covering the Scottish Housing Regulator, the Regulatory Framework, and homelessness obligations.
