Who is it for and what is it about?
The Scottish Housing Regulator has spoken recently about the obligations on landlords to ensure tenant safety. This should be part of a wider stringent health and safety regime. This session will consider the role that committee/board have in the oversight of the health and safety of their tenants, staff and other service users.
