Time management

Who’s it for and what’s it about?

Time. It feels like there is never enough of it. But is that the case? Perhaps it is the way that we are using our time that is hindering our progress through the seemingly never-ending to do list. This session is for anyone who wishes to improve their time management skills to allow them to prioritise and plan work effectively and reduce time spent on non-productive tasks. It will give delegates a better perspective on the way they use their time, making more time for the tasks that matter and allowing for all important downtime in our ever-connected world.
