Salary: PA9-PA12 (£27,068 to £30,610)

Working Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week, permanent.

Are you highly motivated, customer-focused and looking to start or develop your career within social housing? You will ideally have experience in delivering admin support in a busy customer-focused environment, whilst housing experience would be advantageous it is not essential.

Dunbritton Housing Association is currently looking to recruit a Housing Services Assistant. The post is office based and includes call handling, administering Housing applications, supporting the Head of Housing Services & Housing Officers, working with customers in person, and data input. You should have well-developed IT skills and be fully proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The successful candidate will also be expected to be able to work flexibly on occasion to meet the demands of the service.

Based out of our office in Dumbarton, you will receive generous conditions of employment including 40 days leave (made up of 25 days annual leave & 15 days public holidays), an 8% employer contribution to the Defined Benefit Pension.
