Plans are to be developed for a pipeline to be constructed taking low carbon heat from the energy from waste facility in Tullos and connecting to existing Aberdeen Heat and Power district heating networks in Seaton, Tillydrone, and the city centre.

Grampian Housing Association and Ark Housing Association, as well as other domestic and commercial customers in eligible properties in Torry, will be able to enter agreements to get their heating supplied by the Torry Heat Network.
