Fortis Homes

A planning application has been submitted by Fortis Homes for the redevelopment of the Gattonside House estate located in the Scottish Borders, laying out proposals for the retention and restoration of the building as well as new homes for the site.

Developer Fortis Homes is looking to restore the Grade B-listed Gattonside House alongside the delivery of new build homes after acquiring the Scottish Borders site.
