More than 20 new build homes will soon be available for rent after an agreement was reached between Dundee City Council and a local housing developer.

H&H Properties has submitted a planning application to Dundee City Council seeking to build 40 new homes at the former site of Lochee Primary School. The school was demolished in 2018 following its closure in 2013.

Dundee City Council has approved plans to build new homes on the former site of Downfield Primary School. Despite concerns over a potential increase in traffic in the area, the planning committee gave plans for 23 new homes to be built near Camperdown Road the go-ahead.
