Keltbray Chinatown Developments Ltd – the joint venture between Keltbray Developments and the current owners of Glasgow Chinatown – has submitted a planning application to Glasgow City Council for the regeneration of the city’s historic Chinatown site.

Proposals to reinstate Glasgow’s Chinatown as a thriving neighbourhood and cultural destination have been unveiled today. New City Burnside Ltd, a newly formed joint venture between Keltbray Developments and the current owners of Glasgow Chinatown, has submitted a Proposal of Application Notic
