A former pub on Govan Road, south Glasgow, has been given a new lease of life after being transformed into two fully accessible flats by Linthouse Housing Association.

Cloch Housing Association has secured £2.5 million in matched funding from the Scottish Government’s Social Housing Net Zero Heat Fund. 

A multi-million-pound window and door replacement programme in the southside of Glasgow is now underway on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association. The CCG Group will install 1800 windows and 692 flat entrance door sets for residences across the Linthouse area.
