Cumbernauld-based developer McKernan Homes has broken ground on a new sustainable development in Airdrie facilitated by a £2.8 million loan from Bank of Scotland.

Cumbernauld-based housing developer McKernan Homes has secured a £1.93 million funding package from Bank of Scotland to help build a new eco-friendly development in Dennistoun, East Glasgow.

McKernan Homes Ltd has been granted approval for plans to build 24 two-bedroom flats on vacant land at the site of a former 1920s cinema in Dennistoun, Glasgow.
