Residents at Dandara Living’s Forbes Place apartment scheme in Aberdeen have awarded the development a 100% customer satisfaction rating in a recent survey.

Forbes Place, which features 292 furnished apartments and townhouses available exclusively for rent, is Scotland’s first institutionally-funded Build to Rent development.

Featuring studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom townhouses, the development has proved to be extremely popular, with the vast majority of homes now occupied.

Lois Simpson, who rents a studio apartment said: “It’s brilliant that the apartment was furnished and ready for me to move into, it took so much hassle out of the process. The move in day was so quick and easy, I felt instantly at home.”

Residents also highlighted the importance of customer service and endorsed Dandara Living’s on-site team in particular, with resident Morgan Graham commenting: “I’ve always received excellent service from the Dandara team and having them on site is such a huge help and makes everything super quick and easy. They really care about the residents and will do everything in their power to help you which is always good!”

The development’s interiors, communal areas and landscaped grounds are under continuous management by Dandara Living, and maintained to the highest standards which residents also rated highly.

Mandy Anderson, Dandara Living’s rental manager, said: “We’re thrilled to have received such overwhelmingly positive feedback from our residents. Providing a high quality, friendly service is at the heart of what we do and it’s fantastic to see our team’s efforts being recognised.

“We created Forbes Place to address the shortfall in quality rental property in the city and our continued high occupancy levels, and the superb feedback from our residents, just goes to show how great the demand is in Aberdeen for accommodation of this kind.”
