First residents arrive at new Countesswells community in Aberdeen

First residents move into Countesswells 1 FVThe development of a new community in Aberdeen which will ultimately comprise of 3,000 homes has welcomed its first residents.

Stewart Milne Homes welcomed the owners of the first five homes at Regency Place in Countesswells.

Amongst those collecting their keys were Peter and Susan Scott, who said: “We chose to move to Countesswells because the location is perfect for us and we love countryside living; we can see deer in the woods from our house in the morning. We’re spoilt for choice with beautiful woodland walks for the dogs and we’re just a short car journey into the city centre. Our new house is cosy and private and we’re so pleased to call Regency Place, Countesswells home.”
