Milnbank Housing Association was full of praise this week after a number of younger employees gained new qualifications as part of the Association’s emerging leader programme.

Collette Anderson gained a Masters Degree in Housing. Collette was also awarded the Best Dissertation in Housing Studies 2017-18 and has been advised that this will be published by the University of Glasgow for use by future students.

Mark MacPherson was awarded CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing, Gillian McGuinness completed Level 3 in Leadership & Management and Lauren White gained a CIH Level 3 in Housing Practice.

Mark, Gillian and Lauren are continuing with the next level of their studies.

Milnbank chairman Allan Scott said: “Our commitment as a Platinum IIP organisation is demonstrated by the fantastic achievement of our younger employees mentioned above as part of the Association’s emerging leader programme and our succession planning.”
