New appointment: Customer service team leader – Hillcrest
Following a process mapping exercise, Hillcrest has created a number ofnew posts. After 10 years working in Hillcrest’s asset management team, Lynsey Brand has taken up the new role of customer service team leader.
Lynsey will be responsible for the implementation of the customer contact centre for the Group. She will lead the team in delivering front line customer service which is focused on tenants, service users and other customer’s requirements.
The customer contact centre is being established to promote the highest quality service with consistent and excellent communication and query resolution.
