New appointment: Project manager — Hillcrest
Kirsteen Beeching has taken up a new role as project manager after ten years working in Hillcrest’s housing department.
Kirsteen’s role will be to take forward the recommendations in the Process Mapping report by managing and implementing improvements to Hillcrest’s working processes and making better use of technology available to create efficiencies. Kirsteen will also contribute to implementing and developing a high quality customer contact centre.
The customer contact centre is being established to promote the highest quality service with consistent and excellent communication and query resolution.
