Smith Scott Mullan Associates welcomes Kingdom framework success



Kingdom Housing Association has appointed Smith Scott Mullan Associates to its framework for architect and multi-discipline design team services.

Smith Scott Mullan Associates will lead a multi-discipline design team with Will RuddEDP Consulting Engineers Ltd, Thomas & Adamson and F3 Building Surveyors Limited.

The firm is currently designing two schemes for Kingdom in Alloa. Elm Grove (54 houses), which is currently on site with Marshall Construction; and Engelen Drive (10 houses), which is at the planning design stage.

A spokesperson said: “Procurement frameworks provide a great opportunity to provide our clients with a consistent and high quality service based on a full understanding of their requirements and their operating context.

“We have been on the Kingdom Housing Association framework since 2016 and are delighted to have been appointed to their most recent framework for architect and multi-discipline design team services.

“The Framework is open for use by Fife, Falkirk and Perth & Kinross Councils providing a significant opportunity for the successful consultants.
