Robin Jackson and Maggie Morrison were appointed to the board following approval at Albyn’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 22 September 2026. Their appointments bring additional expertise in governance, business leadership, economic consultancy, technology, innovation and organisational change.

They join Albyn at an important and positive point in its development, strengthening the board’s capacity to support continued improvement and help shape the organisation’s future direction.

Robin Jackson has a 25-year career specialising in management and economic consultancy across the public and private sectors. He also brings previous governance experience and a strong interest in applying his knowledge to support excellent services and outcomes for Albyn’s customers.

Maggie Morrison brings more than four decades of experience in the technology industry, including senior leadership roles with global organisations. Her expertise spans business development, innovation, digital solutions, sales and marketing, and leading organisations through change.

Maggie is also an adviser to the Scottish GovTech Cluster and the Scottish Business Network and a board member of ScotlandIS, the membership organisation for Scotland’s digital technology sector. Her previous senior leadership roles include positions with Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, CGI and NTT Data. In 2025, Maggie joined Highland Residential, a subsidiary of Albyn Housing Society.

The AGM also confirmed that alongside Robin and Maggie’s appointments to the board, Albyn also appointed Clea Warner as new chair of the board, with Lesley McInnes becoming vice-chair.

Clea Warner, who joined the Albyn board in 2020 and has served as vice-chair since 2023, brings more than two decades of transformational leadership experience in the charity sector. Her experience includes strategic oversight of major property portfolios, organisational growth and balancing strong commercial decision-making with charitable purpose.

Lesley McInnes joined the Albyn board in 2021 and brings more than 35 years of experience across housing, governance and public service. A former chief executive of West Highland Housing Association, she has also served as a non-executive board member in the housing, care and education sectors.
