Larkfield Housing Association celebrated its achievements over the past year at its Annual General Meeting last week.

Frances Beattie, chair of Larkfield, welcomed more than 40 Larkfield members and guests to the AGM on Scottish Housing Day and reported on another successful year, highlighting key activities and continued partnership working across the Link Group.

Members heard that during the past 20 years, Larkfield has invested more than £8 million on improvement works to its properties, and has worked alongside tenants and community partners to deliver customer-centred services within the heart of the Larkfield community. Speaking at the AGM,

Frances Beattie said: “We are proud of our 20-year journey - it has been both exciting and challenging, and we look forward to a bright future for Larkfield.”

Frances paid tribute to two of Larkfield’s long serving committee members, Allan McIntyre and Margaret Bell - both of whom retired from the management committee this year. She then welcomed new committee member Suzanne Gallagher.
