Arden Property Management has been named Scotland’s top letting agency, taking home Gold at the national ESTAS Awards for Best Letting Agent in Scotland, as voted for by both landlords and tenants, alongside the Best in County title for Edinburgh.

As the female-led business celebrates its 20th year, these accolades further cement Arden’s reputation as a leading letting agency, not just in Edinburgh but across Scotland.

Unlike traditional industry awards decided by judging panels, the ESTAS are based entirely on verified customer reviews, with over 300,000 landlords and tenants voting from across the country for this year’s awards. Arden took home three awards at the National ESTAS Awards ceremony, which took place in London on Friday, including:

  • Gold: Best Letting Agency in Scotland (as voted by Landlords)
  • Gold: Best Letting Agency in Scotland (as voted by Tenants)
  • Winner: Best Letting Agency in Edinburgh (Sales, Landlords & Tenants)

This follows Arden’s ESTAS recognition earlier in the year, when the agency won the Best in Postcode Award for the EH10 area.

Catriona Smith, senior partner at Arden, said: “We are thrilled with this triple win. We pride ourselves on a personable, professional, and people first approach, and having our clients judge our performance makes this recognition extra special.

“This success is the perfect way to mark our milestone 20th anniversary year. In the last two decades we have successfully let 10,500 properties and built a strong reputation for trusted service.

“We’re over the moon to receive this recognition in our 20th year, and couldn’t be more grateful to our community for their support. We look forward to continuing to nurture our relationships with our landlords and tenants as we move into 2027, here’s to the next 20 years.”

Simon Brown, dounder of The ESTAS, said: “The property industry is, and always will be, a people business. Technology may help us streamline processes, crunch data, and even predict the market, but it can’t replace empathy, trust, or the human touch that defines our profession which is what The ESTAS Awards are all about.”
