The housebuilder reported revenue of £6.1 billion for the year ended 28 June 2026, compared to the aggregated £5.7bn in the previous period, showing a 7% rise. 

Statutory pre-tax profit increased by 48.2% to £363.5 million, a notable rise from the £273.7m reported the previous year. 

Adjusted pre-tax profit and the impact of PPA adjustments was £572.8m, down from £617.2m in the previous year, showing a 7.1% decrease. 

The housebuilder has delivered 17,667 homes this year, up from the 16,565 delivered in 2025, marking a 6.65% increase. 

But the firm also announced a dividend of 6.0p per share compared to a dividend of 17.6p per share in 2025. 

David Thomas, chief executive of Barratt Redrow plc, said: “In a tough market, we have driven a strong operational and financial performance, delivering 17,667 homes, ahead of last year, and adjusted profit before tax in line with market expectations. 

“Alongside the delivery of planned synergies, the successful integration of Redrow has created a more efficient and agile business.”

Thomas added: “We are focused on maximising the strength of our three differentiated brands, maintaining our disciplined approach to costs and capital allocation, and continuing to deliver for customers, communities  and, as evidenced by the capital return announced in July, we have a clear commitment to delivering for our shareholders.”
