The purchase will lay the foundation for the construction of 132 new homes after the granting of Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSC) consent during April.

Situated on Cocklaw Street, Pilgrim Manor forms the initial phase of the wider South West Kelty Masterplan. This is a 114-acre development area which has consent for the delivery of 900 new homes as well as employment land, green space, landscaping and a new primary school.
