The purchase will pave the way for the construction of 170 properties following the granting of Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSC) consent.

The Sidings at Shawfair is Bellway’s third development site in the wider Shawfair masterplan, which has consent for 4,000 new homes as well as new schools, green spaces, retail and leisure facilities.
