Campion Homes recognised with nine nominations at Scottish Home Awards
A recent development in Crieff
Campion Homes is celebrating a major milestone after securing an impressive nine shortlistings at this year’s Scottish Home Awards, marking a standout year for the business.
In recent years, Campion Homes has experienced strong growth across its private housing portfolio and is now active on five developments throughout Fife and Perth & Kinross. Among them is Strathearn Gait in Crieff, which has been shortlisted for Housing Development of the Year.
Campion’s long‑established relationships with affordable housing partners are reflected in four separate social housing nominations this year, particularly those with Kingdom Housing Association.
A previous recipient of the Excellence in Accessibility and Inclusion award over two consecutive years, Campion Homes is once again shortlisted in the category, alongside its partner Angus Housing Association, reinforcing its reputation for inclusive, well‑designed homes.
The business is also shortlisted for the Community Contribution Award, recognising its ongoing commitment to supporting the areas in which it builds. Across 2025 and 2026, the company has delivered a wide‑ranging programme of community initiatives spanning Fife, Perthshire and Dundee, combining fundraising, local partnerships, education initiatives and staff‑led volunteering.
The strong showing at this year’s awards culminates in Campion Homes being shortlisted for the highly coveted Housebuilder of the Year title - a fitting reflection of a business delivering quality, growth and lasting impact across Scotland.
