CCG (Scotland) gained three accolades at this year’s Scottish Home Awards on 18 June 2026, including being named as the inaugural winner of ‘Affordable Housebuilder of the Year.”
This accolade reflects on its ongoing delivery of affordable homes at scale alongside its response to the needs of Scottish communities.
CCG also gained a third consecutive win for ‘Excellence in Sustainability’, signifying its delivery of environmentally-conscious homes and wider innovation within the housing sector.
CCG, in partnership with Caledonia Housing Association was additionally recognised for ‘Housing Regeneration Development of the Year’ for Whiteford Avenue in Bellsmyre, West Dunbartonshire.
This development is just one of a number of phases due to be delivered in the area, in a bid to address local housing demand while catering for wider community needs, including employment and training for young people.
A third CCG project, St Andrews Drive Phase 2 and 3 in Pollokshields, developed for Southside Housing Association and designed by JM Architects, won Social Housing Development of the Year.
The group’s private housing division, CCG Homes, also gained a Highly Commended accolade for its West Shore development in the Starter Home of the Year category.
David Wylie, managing director at CCG, said: “Housing, particularly affordable housebuilding, and sustainability are ingrained in our DNA, so to have won these awards makes us extremely proud.
“They are a reflection of our ongoing commitment to the housing sector and what can be achieved through partnership working, while being a testament to the efforts of our people, without whom we would not have received such prestigious recognition.”
Wylie added: “While it is important to celebrate these achievements, they also reinforce our determination to continue creating high-quality homes, supporting communities and delivering lasting social value across Scotland.”
CCG continues to focus on partnership work to address housing needs, while focusing on prioritising economic, social and environmental benefits.
