CT promotes social housing specialist Stuart Beattie to director level
Accountant and business adviser CT has promoted social housing sector specialist Stuart Beattie, who moves into the role of director.
Stuart, who is also the firm’s head of RSLs, joined CT in 2005 as a trainee and has since developed his expertise within the Scottish social housing sector, supporting a broad range of clients from large associations to small, community-focused housing groups.
Working alongside senior partner Jeremy Chittleburgh, Stuart has been instrumental in growing the firm’s RSL practice to its current position where CT now represents more than 30 clients in Scotland.
In his new director role, Stuart will continue his focus on further growing the firm’s presence across the RSL sector and the wider property sector. He will also continue to lead the firm’s team in supporting housing associations on core challenges including cyber security, stakeholder communications and financial management matters.
Jeremy Chittleburgh, senior partner at CT, said: “Stuart is a home-grown success story who has been with us since the beginning of his career and has developed his skills and experience across the RSL sector.
“I welcome his promotion to director level which acknowledges his passion, commitment and overall contribution in supporting housing association clients with their evolving needs. I look forward to supporting Stuart and his team as we continue to build on our position as one of Scotland’s market leaders within this key sector.”
