Designs unveiled for planned Glasgow flats for social rent

Keppie Design has lodged detailed plans for 55 flats for social rent at the site of a former Glasgow car dealership.
Working with Southside Housing Association, AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd wants to build new homes at Arnold Clark’s Vauxhall showroom and service facility on Pollokshaws Road.
There would be a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom units. There would be no car parking spaces provided.
Southside Housing Association and AS Homes have previously been awarded planning permission for 49 new flats at the Arnold Clark Van Rental Centre on the corner of Niddrie Road and Allison Street.
