The Gourdon-based housebuilder was named Housebuilder of the Year (Up to 100 Units) and House of the Year (Up to £500,000) for The Mulberry at Linton Mews, Gourdon. The Mulberry was also recognised with a Highly Commended award in the Show Home of the Year category, standing out amongst a strong field of more than 16 finalists across Scotland.

The Scottish Home Awards, sponsored by Ross & Liddell, celebrates excellence across Scotland’s housing sector, recognising the country’s leading developers, developments and homes.
