Glen Oaks Housing Association retains top customer service accreditation

Glen Oaks Housing Association has once again achieved the prestigious Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation – a national mark of outstanding service.

This year, Glen Oaks secured nine Compliance Plus ratings, including six for tenant participation, engagement, and scrutiny, demonstrating its commitment to going beyond the standard.

Guided by its vision ‘Where Communities Thrive’, Glen Oaks places tenants at the heart of every decision. A dedicated customer services department and service champions ensure engagement is embedded in daily operations.

Initiatives such as the Big Conversation, Armchair Critic Group, and Tenancy Support Visits provide deep insight into tenant needs. Transparent consultations and customer journey mapping shape responsive services, while the Service Improvement Group’s scrutiny of damp and mould services was praised as one of the best reviews seen by assessors.
