The Association said Ms Morris served during some of its most challenging times, leaving Wellhouse in a much stronger position with robust governance and a strong vision and values.

Maureen said: “I am really pleased to have presided over the significant improvements in the association and to be leaving the chair is such capable hands.”

Darron Brown, the new chair, added: “I have big shoes to fill and am looking forward to working with the management committee and staff to continue to make Wellhouse the place to be.”

Maureen remains as vice-chair and Clare Monteith becomes treasurer following the Association’s 25th AGM.
