With HOS Frontline, HOS can directly offer its help to local authorities and third-sector advisors to support the needs of disabled people, older adults, and members of the Armed Forces community.

HOS Frontline is a dedicated email service that connects external case and support workers to a team of expert Housing Options Brokers. HOS’s expert brokers have a wealth of knowledge and experience supporting people across all 32 local authority areas in Scotland. Through HOS Frontline, they will use this experience to provide free and impartial advice, information and support to help deliver housing solutions.

HOS’s head of engagement, Pedro Cameron, said: “In a time when services are under immense pressure, and frontline staff across housing, health and social care, and the third sector are seeing their service users facing increasing challenges, HOS Frontline aims to make it easier to offer meaningful advice and support.

“The service acts as a friendly additional member of your team, one who is an expert on housing for disabled people, older people, and members of the Armed Forces community in Scotland, who you can call upon at any time for information or ideas.”
