New property services director and manager appointed at Manor Estates

Manor Estates Housing Association has made two key appointments to its property services team.
Neil Munro was appointed as the new property services director after thirteen successful years with Prospect Community Housing. Gary Skelton was appointed as the new property services manager after almost three years as a technical inspector with the Association.
Both started their new posts on the 11th May 2026 and bring with them a wealth of experience to the Association.
Neil Munro said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining such an established and well-regarded organisation as Manor Estates.
“Stepping into a team that works so closely with its communities’ feels both energising and meaningful and I’m excited to contribute to the organisation’s mission while learning from the board, management and staff who care deeply about our tenants and customers. This new chapter offers a real sense of purpose and I’m looking forward to getting started and becoming part of the Manor Estates story.”
Gary Skelton added: “I am thrilled to be stepping into the role of property services manager at Manor Estates. I look forward to continuing to be a part of an organisation that makes a positive difference every day and to help in the delivery of service for our customers and tenants.”
