Sarah Maillet brings with her more than 20 years of experience as an executive leader in the global finance services sector. She trained with KPMG and qualified from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA).

She has held senior roles in both Europe and North America at companies such as AIG, Zurich Insurance Group and Aviva PLC, including most notably as the chief financial officer for Aviva Insurance Limited, their UK and Ireland general insurance business. Sarah will join NHBC on 1 April 2026.
