One week left to book for Scottish Tenant Engagement Network

There is now just one week left to book your free place for the Scottish Tenant Engagement Network, a new, bi-monthly online professional network, which focuses on innovation and best practice in tenant engagement.

The Scottish Tenant Engagement Network has been developed by CX-Feedback, which currently supports 35 housing associations across Scotland with tenant engagement. The network’s first meeting will take place on 14 November, on MS Teams from 11:00–12:00, and it is open to all social housing staff who are involved in engaging and communicating with tenants.

Each meeting of the network will hear from experts in tenant engagement, with the first hearing from speakers, including Max Scotto, Kingdom Housing Group’s lead customer engagement officer. Max will discuss how using some simple techniques can make rent consultations more collaborative and effective.

The agenda will also explore:

  • The statistical impact of ‘right first time’ on repairs
  • Three things every social landlord should be doing with their transactional surveys
  • Setting expectations: the secret ingredient to boosting tenant satisfaction?
  • Why language matters – a live case study on increasing tenant engagement and satisfaction.

Fraser Campbell, senior tenant engagement consultant with CX-Feedback, said: “We’re really excited about the first meeting of the Scottish Tenant Engagement Network. We have been able to create a space where staff working in tenant engagement can hear from experts in this field as well as share and discuss current work, challenges and achievements with their peers.

“The network is booking up fast, with over 60 attendees booked in, and there’s now just a week left to secure your free place. If you’re involved in communicating and engaging with tenants, contact me today to ensure your place.”

Housing staff who would like to attend the network can sign up by contacting Fraser Campbell by emailing fcampbell@cx-feedback.co.uk.
