L&S Glasgow Finnieston Limited has unveiled emerging proposals for a residential-led mixed-use development at 30 Finnieston Street in Glasgow.

The proposals would deliver new homes for private sale alongside a range of commercial, leisure and community-focused uses, representing a significant investment in a prominent site within Finnieston.

The site was previously earmarked for 132 homes.

Designed to contribute to the continued growth and regeneration of the area, the development would create new homes while supporting a mix of uses at ground floor level. The plans also include associated landscaping, public realm improvements, access arrangements, parking and supporting infrastructure.

A spokesperson for L&S Glasgow Finnieston Limited said: “Our emerging proposals represent an exciting opportunity to deliver much-needed new homes while creating a high-quality mixed-use development that complements the character and vitality of Finnieston.

“We are committed to engaging with the local community as our plans develop and want to hear the views of local residents, businesses and stakeholders before any planning application is submitted.

“We would encourage anyone with an interest in the site to attend one of our consultation events and help shape the future vision for Finnieston Street.”

Members of the local community will have the opportunity to view the emerging proposals and provide feedback after a Proposal of Application Notice was submitted to Glasgow City Council on 12th June 2026.

Two public consultation events will be held:

  • Wednesday 8 July 2026 (2pm-7pm)
  • Tuesday 25 August 2026 (2pm-7pm)

Both events will take place at The Pyramid at Anderston.

Information on the proposals, including details on how to provide feedback, will also be made available online as part of the consultation process.
