This senior level appointment has been made to support their new homes sales and marketing team, who have been responsible for selling over £100 million of new build property developments over the last 12 months.

Ms Curtis is returning home to Scotland where she started her career in Edinburgh in 2007, having worked in the London residential development sector for the last 14 years. She brings a wealth of experience across the development lifecycle having advised developers, house builders and local authorities on all aspects from site acquisition, feasibility, financial viability in planning, scheme optimisation and specification through to implementation of domestic and international sales campaigns.

Rettie & Co has welcomed Ms Curtis to the company at a time when senior leadership and experienced decision making is more important than ever, as the market conditions combined with the local complexities of ADS and income tax changes in the Scottish budget are challenging.
