Savills picks Jamie Adam as residential development sales head for Scotland
Jamie Adam
Savills has named Jamie Adam as its new head of residential development sales for Scotland, replacing Carole Mackie, who, before retirement, spearheaded the residential development sales business in Scotland since 2018.
Adam will assume responsibility for the Scottish business alongside his current position overseeing the firm’s North of England development sales teams.
Adam will now lead the firm’s development sales teams in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
Through his new position, Adam will be working with teams across Scotland and northern England to support developers while boosting connections between regional markets and the wider national and global network of the firm.
Adam’s appointment arrives at a time when residential development markets are evolving, with developers eyeing access to wider buyer audiences.
Adam, head of residential development sales for Scotland and the North of England at Savills, said: “Scotland is home to some of the UK’s most dynamic residential markets and builds on the strong foundations established under Carole’s leadership.
“There is a significant opportunity to further connect our teams across Scotland and the North of England, creating a more joined-up platform for clients while maintaining the local expertise and relationships that are critical to success in each market.”
